Rachel attended Humboldt State University and graduated with a degree cellular/molecular biology. She went on to obtain an masters degree in developmental biology. For the last several years she’s been a member of the Weissman Lab at Stanford and heavily focused on harnessing the innate immune system for tumor clearance. Given her interest in the immune system over the last several years, she was very passionate about collaborating on a project so relevant to the current times.
